Join me on the mat from anywhere in the world as we weave our way through the chakras to open and activate our bodies.
These classes set the tone for activation from the lower chakras up to the third eye.
September addresses the first and second chakras to ground and empower our lower body for a deeper sense of presence.
October will bring our attention to our core and lung strength as we move into flu season with breath work and a core focused flow.
November weaves our way up to the throat with some voice activation and deeper mediation at the end of class to open our awareness and invite deeper insight into our practice.

ABOUT Nathalie
My relationship with yoga has spanned almost two decades as I continue to discover deeper layers of connection and integrity within myself.
My yoga and meditation practice are the canvas for many lessons in love, forgiveness and transparency. My classes are an opportunity to access your inner world, and discover new parts of yourself.
Living in southeast Asia has tapped me into the areas of Buddhism that speak to my soul, which I often weave into class. My biggest struggles have often turned into my greatest gifts and I offer my life lessons to students as they discover their own rhythms and truths.
My love of travel, ancient wisdom, energy work and human potential is always present in my classes as I guide students and yoga teachers to deeper layers of possibility within themselves.
I am dedicated to helping others find freedom in their lives through breath, movement and connection.
