My relationship with yoga has spanned almost two decades as I continue to discover deeper layers of connection and integrity within myself.
My yoga and meditation practice are the canvas for many lessons in love, forgiveness and transparency. My classes are an opportunity to access your inner world, and discover new parts of yourself.
Living in southeast Asia has tapped me into the areas of Buddhism that speak to my soul, which I often weave into class. My biggest struggles have often turned into my greatest gifts and I offer my life lessons to students as they discover their own rhythms and truths.
My love of travel, ancient wisdom, energy work and human potential is always present in my classes as I guide students and yoga teachers to deeper layers of possibility within themselves.
